How the model works

A transparent weekly scenario

Enter anonymous project windows, your weekly capacity, reserved time, and a buffer. The model shows where the assumptions fit or collide.

Align the horizon

Your start date is aligned to its ISO Monday. Each visible week includes both endpoints; dates outside the horizon do not create hidden buckets.

Split by intersecting weeks

Each project’s remaining hours are divided evenly across the weeks it touches. This is a comparison assumption, not a task schedule.

Compare headroom

Reserved time is removed before the buffer is applied. A week is overloaded only when its own load exceeds its own safe capacity.

Does this schedule my projects?

No. It evenly distributes your remaining hours across intersecting ISO weeks so you can compare scenarios. It does not schedule tasks or promise delivery.

What does a clipped evaluation mean?

A deadline after the visible horizon is evaluated only through the final week you entered. Capacity outside the horizon is unknown and is not implied.

Where does my project data go?

The calculation runs in this browser session. There is no account connection, calendar import, storage, share link, or analytics event.
